📦 ORDERS

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and complete payment to confirm your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 2 hours after purchase. After that, the order may already be processed or shipped.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation email

Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact our support team.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • OZOW Instant EFT
  • Card Payments (Debit/Credit)

Is my payment safe?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.

My payment failed. What should I do?

Try again or use a different payment method. If the issue continues, contact support.


🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery time

  • Local orders: 2–5 working days
  • Remote areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

Missed delivery

If you miss your delivery, the courier will attempt again or contact you directly.


🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return policy

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days after delivery.

Exchange policy

Exchanges must be requested within 4 days after delivery.

Conditions for return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase required

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos.


🛠️ WARRANTY & REPAIRS

Some products come with a warranty.

How warranty works:

  • If a product is faulty, we may arrange courier pickup
  • The item will be inspected
  • If the issue is not caused by the client, it will be repaired or replaced

Important:

If the damage is caused by the customer, a repair quotation will be sent.

If the customer cannot afford repairs, they will be responsible for return courier costs. The customer will have 14 days to pay for courier return.
