  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Returns

Warranty Claims

Where a product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty:

  • Jay Ex Store may arrange collection of the product through our courier service for assessment.
  • The product will be inspected to determine whether the fault is covered under warranty.
  • If the fault is found to be caused by misuse, accidental damage, negligence, unauthorized repairs, liquid damage, power surges, or any customer-related cause, the warranty claim may be rejected.
  • In such cases, a quotation may be provided for repairs.
  • If the customer declines the repair quotation, the customer will be responsible for the courier cost to return the product.
  • The customer will have 14 days to settle the courier fees before the product is returned.

Limitation of Liability

Jay Ex Store shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages;
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities;
  • Delays caused by third-party courier services;
  • Damages resulting from improper use of products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product concerned.
